Abstract

One of the peculiarities of education in modern society is investing in the human element, this is what various institutions in the world of work are working on.One of the manifestations of investment in an educational institution is the process of school and vocational guidance for students, as it is noted that the contemporary educational institution's interest in the guidance process is no longer limited to ensuring the "quantity" of education as much as it is focused on providing its quality by forming individuals and accompanying them in their educational and formative path and enabling them to actively participate in social and economic life and to bring about change in their surroundings in pursuit of the values of a democratic society.The process of school guidance and counseling remains the most widely used and widespread type of guidance among the systems Educational, contemporary and no less active than the process of education itself.
