The present study aims to identify the teacher’s roles in effective teaching and the learning motivation among student’s third year secondary school point of view. According to gender variable. The simple was chosen randomly of (150) learners from high school of Relizane. After applying the measure of effective teaching of Dr Abd Mohcene Hamad El Amiri and the measure of motivation for learning of Ahmed Douka & Other’s, statistical treatment using the program spss 26 for analyze the data. The following results are: 1. There are no statistically significant differences in the teacher’s roles in effective teaching among student’s third year secondary school due to gender variable. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the teacher’s roles in enhancing learning motivation among student’s third year secondary school due to gender variable.
