Supply chain management has occupied a very important place for all over companies, especially after the changes that the business environment has witnessed, mainly the globalization of markets, Economic alliances, and technology challenges. The study aims to reveal the strategic role that the supply chain management (SCM) can play in improving performance. To this end, the focus has been on studying and analyzing the various practices aimed at improving performance and reducing costs by the (SCM), and then on clarifying how these practices have been integrated into a successful Algerian company.
