This research does not tend to answer the question of what power is, This a question that has a long history in political and social philosophy and in anthropology. It’s directed towards revealing the mechanisms by which the authority operates through its apparatuses and institutions in which power relations are activated and regulate the interests of the parties that serve it or serve its interests through them in the formality of the law, and through the sources of action that it possesses, i.e. its strategy that it seizes within the different contexts in which it exists. In this context, it is possible to set a preliminary definition for it, such as the actor/individual, the structure/institution, knowledge/discourse,the system/meansof ownership, and then highlighting these mechanisms that help form an identity for power will translate to us a state of its realization by conditional context. The different (political and cultural) contexts that form the identity and nature of power in the Algerian organizations would imprint these organizations with different characteristics, features, and different performances from their counterparts in other societies Especially the western ones, whether at the level of the formal structure, or at the level of redrawing its orientations and goals on the other hand. The bets of the actors in the Algerian institutions and their strategy specific to the specificity of the societal context may not respond to the requirements of the bureaucratic structure and its strict performances that are defined by rationality and rationality. Individuals who direct the pattern of concrete action according to their goals.
