Abstract

This study aims to identify the perceived level of organizational support among nurses at the Saadna Abdennour -Setif Hospital by using the descriptive method on a simple random sample of 40 male and female nurses. The study used a questionnaire composed of 32 items distributed over four dimensions (organizational justice, supporting leaders’ behavior, participation in decision-making, and support and self-affirmation). The study concludes a decrease in the level of perceived organizational support among nurses with no significantdifferences based on their demographic variables such as gender and years of experience.
