E-commerce is allowing the development of new forms of commerce with the Web as a medium. In Algeria, the company Algérie-Télécom (AT) has adopted it by offering remote payment transactional services to these customers via the site AT such as the KHLASS e-service. However, the features offered remain insufficient compared to their counterparts from leading companies in this sector. As such, improvements, which will covet better support for e-customers during payment transactions, are necessary. It is within this framework that this work falls, which essentially aims to propose consolidations to the existing KHLASS systems on the AT site through the proposal of better interfaces through the integration of communication tools. made it possible to highlight the shortcomings in terms of web content that we have grouped into categories according to their similarities. We completed the work by proposing solutions in relation to the shortcomings identified previously.
