Abstract

E-commerce is allowing the development of new forms of commerce with the Web as a medium. It is within this framework that this work falls, which essentially aims to propose consolidations to the existing KHLASS systems on the AT site through the proposal of better interfaces through the integration of communication tools. made it possible to highlight the shortcomings in terms of web content that we have grouped into categories according to their similarities.
