Abstract

The social and solidarity economy has been anchored in the practices of the Algerian population, more particularly, in Kabylia. It is reflected in the ancestral organization "Tajmâat" and in the emergence of multidisciplinary associations that meet local development objectives. In this article, we are interested in the cultural association "Amzab N’ Lehna ", which brought together all the factors in order to succeed in its territorial intermediation through local projects specific to the village territory in order to face collective problems. Second, it presents the results of the interaction of actors in the preservation of the heritage of the village, by including participatory governance in all projects.
