The current study deals with the topic of time management in organizational thought, which formulated various assumptions and perceptions about the conceptual guides of the concept of time and its management, while presenting a theoretical framework, the most prominent set of scenarios that established the most important theoretical assumptions of this concept in terms of its nature, characteristics and importance. The study found the difference between classical and neoclassical theoretical trends, modern and contemporary, in the way they focus and how they manage this concept.
