This study aimed at codifying the value paradox scale of "Abdellatif Khalifa" (2005)in its tow forms: Perceived value and real values; on the Algerian environment. For this purpose, the study sought to verify the psychometric properties of the scale after applying it to the standardization sample of 88 male and 377 female students, from the universities of Tiaret, Relizane, Saida, and Oran their ages ranged from 21 to 23 years, as a result, data were collected and statistically processed by SPSS and AMOS by employing the following statistical methods: exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency, alpha-Kronbach stability and half-segmentation stability, where it was ascertained that the scale fulfills the psychometric characteristics of validity and reliability indicated by the quantitative indicators used after employing the mentioned statistical methods
