Sheikh Muhammad bin Al-Abed Al-Jallali “The Islamic Jurist and the Discourse of Guidance”

Abstract

It may not be hidden from anyone what the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars under the leadership of Sheikh Abdel Hamid Ben Badis played in terms of the historical and civilized role in preserving the foundations of the Algerian nation. This study aims to shed light on a prominent figure from the Algerian Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh al-Abed al-Samati al-Jalali, who combined two discourses; The first of them is a jurisprudential and reformist discourse through which he aims to guide the young, and the second is a literary discourse, which enabled him to reach a great cause within the house of the association to transmit its echo outside its walls, so we will try in this research paper to trace his reform and educational path in the field of Sharia sciences and his literary creativity and various contributions that he made. I immortalized his name among the flags of the Algerian Muslim Scholars Association.
