Being more influential, the poetic language is characterized by its expressive energies. Hence, the poet chooses his words accurately to achieve the psychological response. This was manifested in the poetry of "Mustafa Al-Ghammari" for he used words connoting violence. The present study aims at elucidating violent expressions from some of his various poetic texts and determining their significance. Nonetheless, the employment of these words in his poetry indicates his awareness of the state of his nation and country. It can also be a significance of his broken self to achieve transcendence, find what's better, as well as reveal the truth of reality and its bitter secrets.
