Abstract

The rules in the purposes of Sharia are the theoretical and practical foundations and controls that determine the general and specific purposes and others in whole and in detail. They collect them from their appearances, and compose them from their parts scattered in meaningful sentences, which are neither problematic nor ambiguous, and formulate them in general, concise and expressive phrases, and control them in their specific places. Rather, these objectives are gathered through research, investigation, induction and deduction in the chapters on objectives in general, then classified according to rank or type, and included in special chapters, and included in appropriate contents, and they can be indexed in special indexes, and it is desirable to refer to the degree of their adoption and the percentage of their consideration or definitiveness and presumption , as well as the temporal and spatial framework of it, to facilitate access to them and benefit from them in the theories and purposeful applications
