Abstract

The term development has become commonly used among people today, in the media, communication, and social media, but the means of achieving this development are intended to stay away from the forensic sciences, so this research comes to reveal the cover about the contribution of the science of jurisprudence to the development of the mental faculties that God Almighty singled out. In order to respond to those who accuse the principles of jurisprudence of stagnation and dependence on transmission without reason, and to show that the forensic sciences are able to contribute to development in all its dimensions, the most important of which is mental development, by creating different faculties such as the queen of understanding, research, criticism and managing differences. The research concluded that the science of jurisprudence is a living science that contributes to the development of the faculties of the mind for those who are addicted to working on it.
