Copyright and related rights in the digital environment

Abstract

Due to the technological leap that the world is witnessing today , creative digital works have emerged in a large way , wich do not differ from traditional works in content , but only in the holder that has become digital , this development made copyright and related rights in the digital environment face problems mainly associated with the digitization of intellectual works .

Therefore , our study aimed to review the various digital works of authors that are protected by copyright and related rights laws , it also sheds light on the content of these rights in the digital environment , including the financial and moral rights of authors and the exceptions to their rights .
