The Algerian legislator has identified a wide range of economic activities that are practiced in the market by economic agents that must be registered in the commercial registry as a measure to regulate their legal practice within the framework of free and fair competition, through the Code of Economic Activities, which is one of the most important legal tools that enter into the running of the system The legal commercial register, which accurately displays the commercial and economic activities that require registration in the commercial register, where these activities were divided into three categories: production, distribution and services in addition to new economic activities such as import activities, traditional handicrafts and fishing, public deals and electronic commerce.
