The topic of the unfair competition lawsuit as a civil mechanism to protect economic aid from all forms of unfair competition is an important topic, especially since the Algerian legislator’s tendency to economic openness was supported by a number of successive legislative texts and their amendments in order to reach the necessary protection for economic aid.
The issuance of legal texts in any country has no meaning if the legislator did not reach a compromise between the objectives of competition and the protection of economic aid, despite the effectiveness of the unfair competition lawsuit as a civil mechanism for the protection of economic aid, but it remained insufficient in some cases to compensate for the damage
