Abstract

Electronic writing is one of the most important means of electronic contracting in the era of digitization and information technology, in which administrations have turned into electronic administrations, and civil transactions have shifted from relying on paper documents to relying on electronic documents, and this has raised many legal problems, especially those related to proof and authenticity These electronic editors in civil matters, which prompted legal scholars to discuss this topic and simplify the conceptsassociated with it, which paved the way for the national and international legislator to issue many legal texts to regulate the provisions of electronic contracts, and to control the mechanisms of proof in them, such as electronic signature and electronic ratification, to give them an authentic character, This is what we aim to show in this research
