Conditions for Acquiring the Status of a Real Estate Promoter

Abstract

Our research study aims to investigate the legal system of the real estate promotion as being the main feature of the practice of the real estate promotion activity. Hence, we tried to explore how the Algerian and the Tunisian legislator organize the profession of the real estate promotion, starting from its designation up to the most important conditions that must be met in the real estate promoter, by setting restrictions and foundations for practicing the real estate promotion activity and obliging the real estate promoter to obtain accreditation and registration in the trade register and in the Mutual Guarantee and Warranty Fund.
