Abstract

E-trade is one of the most important developments used in the recovery of both national and international economic activity, and through the exploitation of the Internet as an electronic marketing instrument, electronic consumer contracts have been able to occupy an important place in the life of the person compared to traditional contracts that enabled the consumer to meet their personal needs including products Pharmaceuticals that have known an unrivaled vogue

This type of electronic contracts are actually a real hazard on consumer health who lacks technical knowledge of this type of products, the principle of pharmaceutical monopoly in the electronic environment must be activated in order to underestimate the effects of illegal electronic pharmacies to protect the consumer primarily.
