The subject of legal rehabilitation is a legal obstacle to the confrontation of a legal person who has been found criminally responsible by the Algerian judicial authorities. In addition to the criminal policy adopted by the Algerian legislature, which has adopted the idea of criminal accountability of a moral person, it acknowledges the adoption of a system of rehabilitation of the moral person within the provisions of Law 18/06, which amends the Code of Criminal Procedure. This legislative step, albeit somewhat late, is certainly aimed at balancing the issue of punishment with the eradication of its effects, on the one hand, and at creating equality between the natural and moral person before the application of the law, on the other. Thus, through this intervention, we will address the question of the legal rehabilitation of the moral person by determining the person's controls and effects under the provisions of Act No. 18/06 amending and supplementing the Code of Criminal Procedure.
