Physical coercion is a means of pressure to compel the convicted person to fulfil his financial obligation to the civil party (Civil damages), public treasury (financial fine), restitution of restitution or judicial expenses and this is the scope of physical coercion, which is implemented under certain legally defined conditions, such as the absence of any restrictions provided for in articles 600 and 601 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and that the coercion procedure should be stipulated in a penal provision specifying its duration, In addition to addressing the possibility of suspending its implementation, or avoiding its final implementation as the case of the person whose financial hardship is established.
