Proceedings before the Economic and Financial Penal Pole

Abstract

In the face of the terrible development of the crime, the emergence of new and new forms of crime, which depend on very sophisticated means that have serious repercussions on national security and economy. This has led the legislature to establish a judicial body competent to deal with the most serious economic and financial crimes which it considers more complicated under the 20-04 order amending the 155-66 ordinance containing the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as other penal poles with expanded jurisdiction.
