أثر شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي على الأمن الثقافي في الجزائر

الملخص

يعد الأمن الثقافي من أبرز المواضيع المطروحة للنقاش في الوقت الراهن، أين تمثل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أحد العناصر الأساسية المكونة له؛ نتيجة لما أحدثته من تحولات في أنماط الحياة الثقافية للشعوب والأفراد. والتي اصطلح على تسميتها بالعولمة الإعلامية، ومعها برزت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات كوسيلة إعلامية تعكس في مضامينها بيئات ثقافية وحضارية متباينة الأفكار والرؤى تخترق الأمن الثقافي للمجتمعات وتهدد هويتها. وبما أن الجزائر كغيرها من الدول أصبح الأمن الثقافي من بين انشغالاتها الأساسية تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان ومعرفة أثر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على الأمن الثقافي لا سيما القيم والهوية وتغير الاتجاهات. Abstract: Cultural security is one of the most prominent topics for discussion at the present time, where social media networks represent one of the main components of it; As a result of the changes in the cultural patterns of peoples and individuals. What has been termed as media globalization, and with it, social networks and platforms have emerged as a media tool that reflects in their contents different cultural and civilizational environments, ideas and visions that penetrate the cultural security of societies and threaten their identity. Since Algeria, like other countries, has become cultural security among its main concerns, this study aims to demonstrate and know the impact of social media networks on cultural security, especially values, identity, and changing youth attitudes
