الأمن الثقافي: مقاربة إيتو-معرفية Cultural security: an ito-cognitive approach

الملخص

يعتبر الأمن الثقافي من أهم المواضيع الحيوية التي يطرحها واقع الدول، كونه عبارة عن امتداد للأمن القومي والاقتصادي والعسكري والسياسي‘ للدولة، علاوة على تحدي الثورة المعلوماتية وتدفق المعلومات التي لا تعرف حدود إقليمية يمكن للدولة رقابتها او ضبطها. وتحاول هذه الدراسة تحديد مفهوم الأمن الثقافي وتبيان أهميته في المحافظة على الهوية والخصوصية الحضارية، وحمايتها من عوامل ضعف الشعور بالانتماء لا سيما في ظل الانفتاح والتعامل مع الثقافات الأخرى. Cultural security considered as one of the most important vital issues of the states, because it is an extension of the states national, economic, military and political security. In addition to the information revolution challenge witch make the information follow without respect the regional boundaries that the state can control. This study attempts to define the concept of the cultural security and show its importance in preserving cultural identity and protecting it from factors weakening the sense of belonging especially in light of openness and dealing with other cultures.
