التفاعل الشبكي لمصفوفة الأمن الانساني في الساحل الإفريقي: بين تعقد التهديدات وتعدد الفواعل Network interaction of the Human Security Matrix in the Sahel: Between the Complexity of threats and the multiplicity of actors

تسعى هذه الدراسة لقياس مؤشرات الأمن الإنساني في الساحل الافريقي ومدى تأثيرها على رسم الاستراتيجيات الأمنية بالتركيز على عنصري التحرر من الخوف والتحرر من العوز وفق التفاعل الشبكي لمصفوفة الأمن الإنساني، يتم في البداية رصد البعد الانساني للأمن والانتقال من أمن الدولة إلى أمن الفرد( أمن الفرد محور وضمانة أمن الدولة)،ثم فحص التهديدات وتحليل مسببات تنامي وتيرتها في الساحل الافريقي، وفي الأخير تهدف لفهم الاعتماد المتبادل بين أبعاد الأمن الانساني ومختلف الفواعل لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التنمية عبر آليات محلية اقليمية ودولية. Abstract : This study seeks to measure the indicators of human security in the Sahel and the extent of their impact on drawing security strategies by focusing on the two elements of freedom from fear and freedom from need according to the network interaction of the human security matrix, the human dimension of security and the transition from state security to individual security is monitored first. (The security of the individual is the center and the guarantee of state security), then examining the threats and analyzing the causes of their growing frequency on the African coast, and in the end it aims to understand the interdependence between the dimensions of human security and the various actors to achieve the greatest amount of development through local, regional and international mechanisms.
