العلاقات العراقية التركية في ظل القضايا العالقة بينهما

الملخص

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع العلاقات العراقية التركية في ظل القضايا العالقة بينهما، من خلال التطرق إلى مسار العلاقات العراقية التركية منذ تأسيس الدولة العراقية، وواقع هذه العلاقات بينهما على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي بعد فترة الاحتلال الأمريكي لدولة العراق، وصولا إلى أهم العوامل المؤثرة في طبيعة بينهما، وبالخصوص القضية المائية، التركمان، الأكراد، وقضية الموصل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقات العراقية التركية من أكثر العلاقات حساسية، نظرا لوجود العديد من المشكلات السياسية والاقتصادية التي كان لها الأثر في دخول كلا البلدين في صراعات، لذلك وجب على الدولتين محاولة تقريب وجهات النظر بما يحقق الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة، لتحقيق مصالحهما. This study seeks to address the issue of Iraqi-Turkish relations in light of the outstanding issues between them, by addressing the course of Iraqi-Turkish relations since the establishment of the Iraqi state, and the reality of these relations between them at the political and economic level after the period of the American occupation of the State of Iraq, down to the most important factors affecting the nature of Between them, especially the water issue, the Turkmen, the Kurds, and the Mosul issue. The study concluded that the Iraqi-Turkish relations are among the most sensitive, due to the presence of many political and economic problems that had an impact on the entry of both countries into conflicts. Therefore, the two countries must try to bring their views closer in order to achieve security and stability in the region, to achieve their interests.
