العمل التطوعي آلية لتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي

الملخص

تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي يتطلب وجود عدة آليات، من بين هذه الآليات العمل التطوعي بإعتباره أحد الممارسات الإنسانية في أوساط المجتمعات ،فقد يطرح التساؤل كيف يساهم العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي،والإجابة تكمن في إسهامات العمل التطوعي المحققة على مستوى أفراد المجتمع وهو الفرضية التي تم بنائها في هذه الورقة البحثية،كما تم الإستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي للإلمام بالموضوع من مختلف جوانبه، حيث تم استعراض التأصيل النظري للمتغيرات ومن ثم إسهامات العمل التطوعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي لتخلص الدراسة في الأخير أن كل ممارسة ضمن العمل التطوعي تساهم في تحقيق الأمن بمختلف أشكاله و مستوياته و أن الجهود المبذولة في هذا الإطار تسمح بتنشئة فرد يتمتع بقيم و اتجاهات سوية تخدم أفراد المجتمع. Achieving Societal Security requires the presence of several mechanisms, among these mechanisms is volunteering as one of the humanitarian practices among societies. The question may arise how volunteering contributes to achieving Societal Security, and the answer lies in the contributions of volunteering and its realized additions. At the level of community members, which is the hypothesis that was built on this research, and the descriptive approach was used its various aspects, where the theoretical rooting of the variables was reviewed, and then the contributions of voluntary work in achieving Societal Security were addressed to conclude the study. In the end, every practice that falls within voluntary work contributes to achieving security in its various forms and levels, and that the efforts made in this framework allow for the upbringing of an individual who enjoys common values and attitudes that serve members of society.
