الملخص

أسهمت التحولات الدولية في ظهور عدة مصطلحات بحقل الدراسات الأمنية على غرار الأمن المجتمعي، والذي تطرق إليه كل من باري بوزان وأونلي ويفر على ضوء الأبحاث التي قامت بها مدرسة كوبنهاغن، كما تتناول هذه الدراسة مضمون الأمن المجتمعي وعناصره الأساسية، فالهوية أصبح لها دور هام في تحقيق حالة السلم والاستقرار داخل الدول إلى جانب جملة من المتغيرات. ما يتطلب البحث عن طبيعة هذه المكونات ودورها في إرساء الأمن المجتمعي. توصلت الدراسة الى أن هذا المفهوم قد عرف توسعا وتمددا في ظل الاجتهادات التي توصل إليها الباحثون، ففي حين كان يقتصر على العوامل المعنوية كعنصر أساسي فقد أصبح يشمل المعيار المادي من خلال إدراج البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المعادلة، وضرورة إيلاء هذه المتغيرات دورا هاما في تحديد صياغة جديدة لهذا المصطلح.
