Abstract

The family is considered the basic cell in the building of every society and any prejudice to it, whether inside or outside it, is a violation of  society. The impact of this study on one of the crimes that directly affect the existence of the family and society, the crime of coercion on Adultery, as it affects the family's and honor and questioning the proportions of children, and carrying many of the shameful diseases and, most importantly, they affect the virtue and ethics In the community. Has the Algerian legislator dealt with this crime sufficiently and with the appropriate punishment? We will try to find out all this by using some comparisons with some Arab legislation that is closer to our culture and our privacy.
