Actually, this cannot be achieved through the enactment of laws and judicial penalties for anyone who harms the environment. However, individuals must take their responsibilities towards their environment through the synergy of the legal side and the socio-cultural one in order to disseminate the environmental culture that aims to provide the individual with environmental moral that determines positive behavior to face the problems of his environment and achieve sustainable development of the environment.
