Advisory bodies under the constitutional amendment 2020 – The National council for Human Rights as a model

Abstract

Abstract: In the light of keeping pace with changes at the international level in the field of human rights, Algeria has adopted the national council for human Rights, within the provisions of the constitutional amendment of 2020, as an advisory body charged with protecting and promoting human rights at the national level, and that is through a set of mechanisms and tools established under Law No.16-13.
