L'impact De La Révolution Numérique Sur La Politique Documentaire Des Bibliothèques Universitaires

الملخص

 La politique documentaire a été, depuis toujours, considérée comme un pilier majeur dans la gestion et la survie des bibliothèques universitaires. L’apparition de ressources électroniques a constitué pour les bibliothèques une profonde révolution, qui a nécessité une révision globale de la politique documentaire relative à ces bibliothèques afin de pouvoir acquérir, préserver et offrir des contenus numériques et électroniques au public qui devient de plus en plus exigent en matière d’information et de données. Ainsi que, trouver des solutions à long terme pour régler le problème de financement par l’adoption de nouvelles technique et d’outils incitant à travailler davantage en réseau sans oublier la nécessité d’intégrer le lecteur dans le choix des contenus et des outils que doit adopter la bibliothèque pour la diffusion de ces contenus. Abstract For decades, the documentary policy, in academic libraries, has been one of the most important topics for libraries since it is regarded as the means that develops its contents and guarantees the good functioning of all its services, as shown by the literature related to the matter. The documentary policy importance has increased with both the proliferation of the information sources and the easiness of access to it with the new technologies. Therefore, academic libraries had to readjust and rationalize their documentary policy by taking into account the requirements of the new situation in order to control their budgets and meet new readers’ needs, like adopting new techniques and tools encouraging more networking without forgetting the need to integrate the reader in the choice of content and tools that must adopt the library for the distribution of these contents.
