Abstract

Ulrich beck 1944-2015 is considered one of the most important western
thinkers through his contributions to socio-philosophical studies that shed light on
global risks especially ecological risks in the era of globalization Ulrich Beck and
reflecting the errors of the industriazation era and human decisions, this represents the
negative form in Ulrich Beck analysis of the aspects of ecological crisis while the
ecologicalcrisis have a positive aspect that was termed the second enlightenment.
From this perspective Ulrich Beck took the cosmopolitan solution as an attempt to
reduce the risks of ecological crises.
We seek through our research to understand Becks position on the ecological
crisis based on his most important books such as "The Global Risk Community "
