Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of organizational culture in the
application of electronic management in light of the current changes, the public
treasury of the state of M'sila, and due to the nature of the research variables that
include the study community as a whole, the primary data was collected through the
questionnaire as a main tool for research, the method was used Comprehensive
inventory where the questionnaire was distributed to all employees (67employees) the
public treasury of the state of M'sila. This study found a number of results related to
the existence of a correlation with a statistical significance (α≤0.05) between the
dimensions of organizational culture (organizational values and organizational
beliefs, organizational norms and organizational expectations), and between the
personal and functional variables of the respondents in the application of electronic
management in light of the current changes Witnessed by the public treasury of the
state of M'sila.
