Le Rapport Franco-algérien Entre Colonialité Des Savoirs Et Négationnisme Historique. Le Manuel De Langue Française En Témoignage

La France d’aujourd’hui se présente au monde comme un pays de liberté et de démocratie qui assume son passé colonial et reconnait les infondées de ses théories racialistes au moins dans son discours scientifique. Les propos du président Macron ont été compris comme un incident diplomatique concernant la négation de l’histoire précoloniale de l’Algérie. Nous entendons mettre à jour la dimension anthropologique des rapports postcoloniaux qui peuvent nous éclairer sur la permanence, dans les esprits, d’un rapport spécifique à l’autre qui fonde la pensée occidentale. Dans ce texte nous renvoyons les démêlés entre Alger et Paris à cadre théorique développé par le groupe latino américain modernité et colonialité, nous prendrons pour exemple de manifestation de la colonialité le manuel scolaire de langue française au secondaire en Algérie. President Macron's remarks were understood as a diplomatic incident concerning the denial of Algeria's pre-colonial history. We intend to bring to light the anthropological dimension of postcolonial relations that can enlighten us on the permanence, in people's minds, of a specific relationship to the other that is the basis of Western thought. In this text, we refer to the theoretical framework developed by the Latin American group Modernity and Coloniality, and we will take as an example of the manifestation of coloniality the French language textbook in secondary school in Algeria.
