Reflections of the decisions of the conference of Summum on the first state and its relations with the rest of the states through historical writings and some archival documents

This paper is about the Sommam Congress that considered as the moment where it all
changed in the history of the Algeria revolution, it is the first evaluation congress after two
years of the armed struggle. This paper highlights the reflection of the Sommam Congress
decisions on the first Wilaya, after the martyrdom of the Eurasian leader, Mustafa Bin Bolaid.
The Eurasian region faced leadership crisis which synchronized with the help of the first
organizational congress to finish this crisis. Some Eurasian leaders rejected of the congress
and they considered it as illegitimate. Moreover, they made many difficulties to the new
leadership, and they declared rebellion against its decisions. Which led to strained relationship
between the Eurasian Wilaya and the neighboring Wilayas. Consequently, the Eurasian Wilaya
faced multiple conflicts and dissents which led to many eliminations from both parties.This
resulted decrementing of revolution pioneering role of the first Wilaya.
