Contributions of the Society of Algerian Muslim Scholars to the preservation of national constants

Abstract

This study dealing with a fundamental problem centred on the efforts of the
Association of Scholars to preserve national constants and to preserve the features of
Algerian identity in the light of the reality imposed by the colonizer and the imposition
of a new identity on Algerian society, the aim is that the Association of Scholars has
made a significant and undisputed contribution to the preservation of the nation's
fundamental principles of religion, language, homeland, values and culture through a
national and community-based project, which was aimed at the Algerian identity,
trying to obliterate and eliminate it, the most appropriate approach is the descriptive
and deductive approach with tools derived from the content analysis technique, it
came to the main conclusion that this prominent role played by the Society of Scholars
in the direction of the nation's patriotism and patriotism was to bring back to society
the lost spirit derived from its identity, its very essence, its source of existence and the
title of its renaissance, as the most prominent motivation in shaping the national
consciousness that contributed to the blessed editorial revolution.
