Abstract

Digital life is one of the most important emerging approaches that deserve research, especially
in sociology, view to the rapid development witnessed by information and communication
technology, which attracting all categories , especially childhood . As it become an important part of
their small world, drawing their attention, forming their daily interests and practices too. However,
despite the importance of the gains and opportunities that they provide, but with the lack of effective
accompaniment, they gradually made them vulnerable to several risks threaten their social and
cultural entity while they were on line and at a very early stage.This was more complicated by the
Corona pandemic, which swept the world, particularly with the quarantine conditions that restricted
the usual spaces of communication .So by using a descriptive method we seek through this paper to
highlight the importance of digital culture, which has become an urgent need for the requirements of
this era.focus on the opportunities and risks offered to the child. To discuss the forms of inequality
and risks that they are exposed to in the digital environment, especially in light of the pandemic.
Rrevealing at the end the critical reality of childhood on line at the Arab and international level to
achieve at least their human security in order to preserve identity, entity and future.
